2-Mold Process Chart
Step 1 : Product 3d drawing design analysis & evaluation. (1 to 3 days)
Step 2 : CNC Prototype making / 3d printing making.(3 to 10 days in common)
Step 3 : Deliver prototype to customer for approval by express with door to door service ,After prototype approved , Provide best mold design and manufacturing solution based on your product design situation.
Step 4 : Mold design and manufacturing. (25 to 35 days in common)
Step 5 : We will ship new mold samples to customer for approval ,After new mold sample approved ,do plastic injection molding mass production for order . (10 to 35 days in common for plastic injection molding order)
Step 6 : Shipment : Air / Sea Shipment, tracking shipment and done well after-sales service .
